Third Party Partner for services:

Our AI Partners, OpenAl for speech-to-text transcription & summarization, Rapid API for Video Transcript and Assembly AI for Speaker Diarization.

These third-party providers may collect information automatically, including but not limited to:

• Device information
• Operating system version
• App usage statistics
• Crash logs
• Advertising identifiers
• Network and performance data

Any information collected by third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We do not maintain our own database of user content.

The permissions requested by the App are used solely to provide the features described above. The App does not access your microphone, media library, or send notifications without your consent. Audio Recordings and Notes

When you record audio or create notes using the App, the content is stored locally on your device. Temporary files may be created in cache storage to support recording, transcription, and summarization features.

You are responsible for managing and deleting your content from your device.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the App and its functionality. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. Users should review and verify all generated content before relying on it for personal, educational, legal, medical, financial, business, or professional purposes.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple App Store account.

Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies and procedures.
